Jennifer is presently staffed as Program Services Director of WORLD where her responsibilities include program development and evaluation, as well as oversight of WORLD client services.

Prior to joining WORLD, Jennifer held direct service, policy, and leadership positions in various public and nonprofit settings addressing health and mental health concerns throughout California.  Her career path has been framed by a consistent desire to contribute to and improve appropriate and comprehensive services for community members, particularly those most often overlooked for and in need of care.  Jennifer’s demonstrated commitment to work on behalf of women’s health and safety has allowed her to gain consolidated experience responding to acute and chronic life stressors disproportionately experienced by women.  Having worked extensively in trauma, she also holds a broad base of clinical training and practice.

Jennifer sees the critical importance of professional practices and community policies informed by client and consumer voices.  She believes that good things come of focused, intentional efforts to improve quality of life issues for all.  She sees WORLD as addressing a healthcare priority that impacts all people and she is honored to be a part of the WORLD team.
