Bay Area Positive Women's Network Meeting
Announcing the Launch of the Bay Area Positive Women's Network!
According to the CDC, there are 300,000 women living with HIV in the United States.
About 12,000 of these women live in California.
Yet there is currently no organized or unifying voice to address the unique needs, issues, and perspective of HIV+ women.
Come to the first organizing meeting of the Bay Area Positive Women's Network!
The Positive Women's Network (PWN) is a membership group led by and for women living with HIV/AIDS
dedicated to building our power to create and demand policies and programs that fit the realities of our lives.
