In honor of National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, the U.S. Positive Women’s Network, a project of WORLD, launches its website at www.pwn-usa.org. A website designed to advocate for women affected by HIV, PWN also releases its human rights survey – Diagnosis, Sexuality and Choice – to lift up the voices of HIV-positive women. The survey reveals that HIV-positive experience human rights violations daily in their lives.
